CDC estimates that about 1 in 44 8-year-old children have been identified with ASD (or 23.0 per 1,000 8-year-olds). These estimates from the ADDM Network are based on data collected from health and special education records of children living in 11 communities across the United States during 2018.
ASD is reported to occur in all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups.
ASD is more than 4 times more common among boys than among girls.
Available scientific evidence suggests that there are probably many factors that make a child more likely to have autism, including environmental and genetic factors.
Available epidemiological data conclude that there is no evidence of a causal association between measles, mumps and rubella vaccine, and autism. Previous studies suggesting a causal link were found to be filled with methodological flaws(2)(3).
There is also no evidence to suggest that any other childhood vaccine may increase the risk of autism.

The human mind is complex and if not grounded, it can act out in a million directions, finding its right grounding can change the neurochemistry of the mind, is what I believe.

I press into the idea of a child 'being human' over a child being autistic. I approach autism with complete and utter neurotypicality.
A few children and families of children diagnosed on the spectrum of autism in the age bracket of 4 to 16 years will be selected to be worked with, with utmost focus, hard work, and provision of freedom for them to explore any territory.

Begin building strength, courage, confidence, and expertise in a nuanced area while balancing it with other wordly acceptable qualities and traits through knowledge building- all traits required to assimilate and affiliate into the world

Because I have put in all my education, of myself, my money, my privilege, my friendships, my family, and everything I have ever learned or done towards this cause. I spend hours every day working on my own knowledge and skill towards the one session I will spend with every child. The cost is an encapsulation of decades of work, it's what I put in every day to be able to give back to the kids I work with, in earnestness, complete honesty and hard work
We will base our work from Soho House, Mumbai. But, we will pick the location of the class based on the curricula being studied- this will include museums, art galleries, shopping malls, hidden or obscure parts of Bombay, recording studios, shipping docks, coffee shops, busy trains and offices of people we love and respect.
Because this is where our talent sits, the ones we label and oppress. This is where our real intelligence is deeply hidden, this is where we pick the easy ones and leave out the hard ones, way behind, to figure and forge ahead. Which is why I only pick the quirky ones and push them to their ultimate best, pitch them ahead in a cricket match with the privileged as a form of pious protest. This is why India, because India loves cricket, we play it fair, fine and well.
